Nuclear Throne Review : Gaming With Insane

When asked what the most common game I played in the last two years, I would not have to think long to respond immediately Nuclear Throne developed by Vlambeer. Game released via Steam Early Access in October 2013. This has been through the development process for over two years, with regular updates every week.

As one of the games that could be a perfect example of how it should be Early Access lasts, Nuclear Throne has attracted thousands of fans, including myself. Now, having been declared "finished" by Vlambeer, then I can do a full review of nuclear Throne.

For those of you who have seen my name appears on Steam Nuclear plays Throne, finally, you can find the reason for my current activities mentioned below.
Dumb World

Nuclear Throne is a game with a background in the world pascakiamat aka post-Apocalypse. But unlike the feel of a Fallout-style post-Apocalypse, the sensation of nuclear destruction Throne feels more comic with drawings of characters are exposed to radiation is much more extreme than the radiation victims Fallout.

Although when playing you will not feel any narrative at all, in fact nuclear Throne has an interesting history that can be followed by observing the environment and character design, says developers until they livestreaming nuclear development Throne or diligently reading Wikia whose content so diligently filled by fans from the early days of the game while Early Access.

What the Vlambeer business in nuclear Throne story is actually very interesting. The story of the game is quite exciting to be followed by those who are interested, but the player who just wants to play games full of adrenaline boosters chaos could plunge in the game, regardless of the appearance of the world and history altogether.

Honestly, the narrative describe and detail the world of nuclear Throne very reminds me of the Colossus Shadow of the game. Although when playing, I feel no connection at all between nuclear Throne and Fumito Ueda direction is set, but look at the way these two games this information so rare on the fictional world of them as a whole and most of the issues that concern them compiled by a rabid fan, the similarities are quite significant palpable,
Just live several times

Death is something that you will often have experience in nuclear Throne. Unlike Dark Souls II or bloodborne which as often as you see the character dies tragically (and often ridiculous), deaths in nuclear Throne punish further because it is permanent.

Standing here certainly does not mean completely dead and you will not be able to play again, but if you die then you must repeat the adventure of the first level. A system that is commonly found in the roguelike genre of games such as the binding of Isaac: Rebirth.

Before you begin, you will receive a choice of several characters you play. Each character comes with an appearance and capabilities of different single assets and liabilities. Examples such as Crystal (my favorite character) that has the greatest number of human lives and the ability to transform into a shield, there is also a fish that has great speed and can drive fast to avoid enemy attacks, and alot more.

During playback, you just kill all the enemies in each level. At each level, which is also designed so that the random bermainmu experience is always different, there will be boxes containing bullets, drugs or weapons. It is also a reservoir containing a green radiation object that serves as experience points.

Also in the tank, the radiation can also be obtained from defeated enemies. Each collect sufficient radiation, the character level will increase and you may have the opportunity to choose a new passive ability that will accompany the adventure towards nuclear Throne.

The above elements of the gameplay is actually quite simple, Vlambeer designed the challenges that make you want to return nuclear Throne play at least once a day. The challenge comes in the form daily and weekly Challenge Challenge.

In the daily challenge, you and thousands of nuclear Throne players will be presented at the line that has the same design. You can try to play once a day, and so dead, your score will be compared to other players around the world. Of course, you can still continue playing nuclear Throne of the day, it is just a chance to try the daily challenge is available only once every 24 hours. The new level will be published every seven in the morning.

While the weekly Challenge are available only during the weekend, you will be presented with a pre-determined set of sessions. Such is the character, the spread of enemies and objects, as well as the level design really has not changed over the weekend. You can repeat this game continuously for the weekend, and to fight against your best will be counted as the final score that compete with other players worldwide.

Daily and weekly Challenge Challenge will give you nothing but pride can get a high position among the other players Nuclear Throne. But that's where the challenge that makes it very interesting.

Keeping in mind good, level of nuclear Throne difficulty is very high. So you must be diligent experimenting with characters, choice of weapons and a passive ability is there to discover the most ideal combination to taste to explore the desert.
